LeaNestorAI is a technology platform that connects landlords and tenants. We provide the tools and technology that allow users to connect, communicate, and facilitate rental transactions.

However, LeaNestorAI does not own, manage, broker, lease, or control any properties listed on the platform.

All property listings are created and managed by independent users.

2. Platform Role and Limitations

By using LeaNestorAI, you understand and agree that:

  • LeaNestorAI does not own or manage properties listed on the platform

  • LeaNestorAI does not act as a real estate broker, agent, or property manager

  • LeaNestorAI does not negotiate rental agreements on behalf of users

  • Rental agreements occur directly between landlords and tenants

  • LeaNestorAI is not a party to any rental agreement between users

LeaNestorAI functions solely as a technology platform that facilitates connections between independent parties.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of LeaNestorAI, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and truthful information in your profile and listings

  • Complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

  • Conducting your own due diligence before entering into any rental agreement

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials

  • All communications and transactions with other users

  • Verifying the identity and legitimacy of other users you interact with

  • Reading and understanding any rental agreement before signing

Users assume full responsibility for their interactions and agreements made through the platform.

4. Listing Accuracy

Users who create property listings are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their listings.

LeaNestorAI does not verify the accuracy of listings and is not responsible for any inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information posted by users.

Users should independently verify all listing information before entering into any rental agreement.

5. Disputes Between Users

LeaNestorAI is not responsible for disputes, conflicts, or disagreements between landlords and tenants.

Any disputes arising from:

  • Rental agreements

  • Property conditions

  • Payments or deposits

  • Communication between parties

  • Lease enforcement

must be resolved directly between the involved users.

By using the platform, users agree to release LeaNestorAI from any liability related to such disputes.

6. Account Termination

LeaNestorAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service

  • Fraudulent or deceptive behavior

  • Discriminatory practices

  • Illegal activity

  • Abuse of the platform or other users

  • Posting fraudulent or misleading listings

  • Any conduct that harms the integrity or safety of the platform

LeaNestorAI may remove content or restrict access to the platform without prior notice when necessary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeaNestorAI and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Property damage or loss

  • Financial losses from rental transactions

  • Disputes with other users

  • Inaccurate or fraudulent listings

  • Property condition issues

  • Unauthorized access to your account

  • Loss of business or opportunity

Your use of LeaNestorAI is at your own risk.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or your use of LeaNestorAI shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

By using the platform, you agree to:

  • Resolve disputes through arbitration rather than court proceedings

  • Waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against LeaNestorAI

Arbitration will take place in a mutually agreed jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
