Tenants should:

  • Disclose relevant information that may affect tenancy

  • Accurately represent their employment and income

  • Be upfront about pets, number of occupants, or special needs


Responsible Property Care

Tenants are expected to:

  • Leave the property in good condition at move-out

Consequences for Violations

Violations of Community Standards may result in:

  • First offense: Warning and education about community standards

  • Minor violations: Temporary restrictions on account features

  • Repeated violations: Temporary account suspension

  • Serious violations: Permanent account termination

  • Illegal activity: Reporting to law enforcement


The severity of consequences depends on:

  • The nature and severity of the violation

Appeals

If you believe you were unfairly penalized:
