Property Listing Requirements

Required Information

All property listings must include:

  • Correct rental price and payment terms

  • Accurate property type (apartment, house, room, etc.)

  • Number of bedrooms and bathrooms

  • Square footage or property size

  • Available move-in date

  • Lease terms and duration

  • Contact information or response method

Property Descriptions

Property descriptions must:

Prohibited Pricing Practices

Intellectual Property

You must not use:
