Reviews and ratings are essential to building trust on LeaNestorAI. They help landlords and tenants make informed decisions by sharing real experiences from our community. Our review system is designed to be fair, transparent, and honest.


How the Review System Works

Who Can Leave Reviews

  • Tenants can review landlords and properties after completing a rental

  • Landlords can review tenants after a rental period

  • Both parties must have an active rental agreement through LeaNestorAI to leave a review

  • Reviews can only be left within 60 days after the rental period ends


Review Components

Reviews on LeaNestorAI include:

Star Rating: Overall rating from 1 to 5 stars
Category Ratings: Specific ratings for different aspects (communication, cleanliness, accuracy, etc.)
Written Review: Detailed feedback about the experience
Response Option: The reviewed party can respond publicly to reviews


Review Visibility

  • Reviews are publicly visible on user profiles and property listings

  • Reviews cannot be deleted by the person being reviewed

  • Both positive and negative reviews are displayed

  • Overall ratings are calculated from all reviews received


Review Guidelines

Reviews Must Be:

Honest: Based on your genuine experience
Accurate: Truthful and factual
Relevant: Related to the rental experience
Respectful: Professional and courteous in tone
Original: Written by you based on your own experience
Specific: Provide helpful details about your experience


Reviews Must Not Contain:

  • Profanity, hate speech, or offensive language

  • Personal attacks or harassment

  • Discriminatory statements

  • Threats or intimidation

  • Private or confidential information

  • Spam or promotional content

  • False or misleading information

  • Content unrelated to the rental experience

  • Attempts to manipulate ratings


Prohibited Review Practices

Review Manipulation

The following practices are strictly prohibited:

  • Offering incentives for positive reviews

  • Threatening negative reviews to gain concessions

  • Creating fake accounts to leave reviews

  • Asking friends or family to leave reviews without genuine rental experience

  • Coordinating with others to inflate or deflate ratings

  • Leaving reviews for rentals that never occurred

  • Copying reviews from other platforms


Review Extortion

  • Threatening to leave a negative review unless demands are met

  • Offering to remove a negative review in exchange for payment or favors

  • Pressuring users to change or remove honest reviews


LeaNestorAI's Role in Reviews

What We Do

  • Provide a platform for honest feedback

  • Monitor reviews for policy violations

  • Investigate reports of fraudulent or abusive reviews

  • Remove reviews that violate our policies

  • Take action against users who manipulate the review system


What We Don't Do

  • Edit or alter user reviews (except to remove policy violations)

  • Remove negative reviews simply because someone disagrees with them

  • Endorse or verify the accuracy of individual reviews

  • Take sides in disputes between users

  • Guarantee that all reviews are 100% accurate


Reviews Represent User Opinions

Reviews on LeaNestorAI represent the personal opinions and experiences of individual users. They do not represent the views of LeaNestorAI. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of user reviews.

Different users may have different experiences with the same property or person. Reviews should be considered as one factor among many when making rental decisions.

If you receive a review, you have the right to:

Investigation Process

When a review is reported, we will:

  • Review the reported content against our policies

  • Examine any evidence provided

  • Contact both parties if necessary

  • Make a determination within 5–7 business days

  • Remove the review if it violates our policies

  • Notify you of the outcome

Note: We do not remove reviews simply because they are negative or because you disagree with them. Reviews must violate our policies to be removed.

Reviews may be removed if they:

  • Violate our review guidelines or policies

  • Contain illegal content

  • Are proven to be fraudulent

  • Were left by fake accounts

  • Contain personal information or confidential data

  • Include threats, harassment, or hate speech

  • Are part of a coordinated manipulation campaign


Consequences for Policy Violations

Users who violate this Review and Reputation Policy may face:

  • Removal of violating reviews

  • Warning notifications

  • Temporary suspension of review privileges

  • Account suspension or termination

  • Permanent ban from the platform for serious or repeated violations

For Landlords:

  • Provide accurate property descriptions

  • Maintain properties in good condition

  • Communicate clearly and promptly

  • Address tenant concerns quickly

  • Be fair and professional in all interactions


For Tenants:

  • Communicate respectfully with landlords

  • Pay rent on time

  • Maintain the property responsibly

  • Report issues promptly
